Since last Saturday, Lotterywest is still waiting for two winners to claim their prize from the $19 million Superdraw. One of the winning tickets was bought at Ballajura News, and is worth more than $1.5 million. The other one is from Division One, and the winner, who bought the ticket at Woodley’s Central Lottery Centre in Mandurah, will collect $3 million.
The recent Lotto jackpot draw of $25 million, after failing to attract a Division One winner, has added up to an amazing $30 million, which is the biggest jackpot amount that has been offered by Lotto this year.
There are only three people in the whole country who have ever won that sum of money; two of the lucky $30 million winners come from Western Australia. The most recent winner of this incredible jackpot had no idea how his life would be transformed when he bought the lotto ticket, just minutes before the close-off time of the OZ Lotto Draw in October of the past year. The young university student bought the lotto because he was “feeling lucky”. It was the second time in his life that he had bought a ticket.
So if you live in WA and have recently bought a Lotto ticket, be sure to go through those good old pockets of yours and check if you have a wrinkled and forgotten lotto ticket in there, as you just might be one of the lucky winners that have won the jackpot!
